has gained Second Generation Construction its stellar reputation,
but it was with a solid knowledge of homebuilding that Danny and
Niki began the business 15 years ago. Growing up in the construction
industry in Middle Tennessee, Danny learned the fundamentals of
working as a framer on his father's crews. Whether building a
starter home or more elaborate one, Danny believes that framing is
the most important factor in any well-built dwelling. Having completed many area projects, they are most proud of their participation in the 2007 Parade of Homes. Having been invited to join the Middle Tennessee Certified Home Builder Program through the Home Builder's Association, Second Generation Construction takes great pride in this honor to be in such an elite group of builders and Second Generation Construction proudly displays the seal. These first-time parade builders display unparalleled custom work, sparing no expense on construction, interior design, luxury, or amenity. In response to such a strong first-time appearance, the parade awarded 11 of 17 awards to Second Generation Construction. Although this has brought Second Generation Construction to another level, the business will forever be a family affair; Danny and Niki's young children already point out gables, arches, and chimneys. A guarantee that this labor of love will likely produce a future Third Generation Construction. Danny and Niki credit their success to their satisfied customers and believe it is their commitment to service that brings them holiday cards and dinner invitations from former clients, who are now part of the Second Generation Construction family. |
